Anti-Bullying

St Joseph’s aims to prevent bullying through:

• The school’s ethos and mission of 'As a family, we journey together with Christ, to learn, help, play and pray, with love, compassion and humility' allows us to underpin our school principles of 'Say no to Bullying.'  
• A curriculum which fosters good relationships with each other.
• Every classroom has a ‘worry box’ which teachers will check regularly.
• Our learning mentor has an open door policy and is always available if needed.
• Annual anti-bullying and internet safety days, as well as regular updates.
• The school’s curriculum which encompasses PSHE, RSE, mental health and well-being.
